how to return

store credit

All returns will be provided with store credit. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

We accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise ONLY.

All returning items will be provided with a store credit only.

You may place an order for your desired item using the store credit code you will be provided.

returns policy

All returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for all returns cost, we suggest using a tracked postage service, Elsabelle is not responsible for the loss of any returns parcel. We do not accept returns with items that have been worn, have stains, no tags or were sale items or in a mystery box. Please email elsabelleuk@gmail.com for the returns address.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please email elsabelleuk@gmail.com to be entitled to a full refund or replacement product.
