How long does delivery take?
Parcels are dispatched every Monday and Thursday (bank holiday excluding) then from dispatch if you selected: Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) and Tracked 24 (next working day). Please allow an extra day for busier periods and industrial action.
What is your returns policy?
All returns are fulfilled with store credit ONLY. Returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for all returns cost, we suggest using a tracked postage service, Elsabelle is not responsible for the loss of any returns parcel. We do not accept returns with items that have been worn, have stains, no tags or were sale items or in a mystery box. Please complete the returns form on the returns page to begin your return.
I've ordered twice- can they be wrapped together?
Unfortunately all orders must be wrapped seperately and if a parcel was to go missing we cannot claim the full amount from Royal Mail.
