By purchasing a product(s) from Elsabelle you are subject to following the terms and conditions. 

​The Elsabelle site provides an easy and clear checkout process. Therefore, this process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your final order. Please take the time to re check all details of your order at each page of the process, before clicking 'Confirm and Pay'.

​After you placing an order you will receive an e-mail from us from the email you provided acknowledging that we have received your order. We will then send you a further email to confirm that the items have been despatched. Orders CANNOT be cancelled once placed, our team are working around the clock to fulfil orders and dispatch them within 24 orders of the order being placed.

​Refunds are issued ONLY in the form of store credit, we do not transfer refunds via debit card or Paypal, this does not affect your statutory rights.

​You are responsible for filling out the correct address form within our easy to use checkout page, your order will be sent to the address provided. We are not responsible for any parcels sent to incorrect addresses by the customer.

​Please note that items are subject to our availability. If an item is mistakenly out of stock for any unforeseen reason we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be issued a full refund on this specific item.

​We reserve the right to refuse an order for example  if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. If we are unable to supply you with an Item in these circumstances we will inform you of this by e-mail. We also withhold the right to refuse custom to any person who becomes malicious and impolite to anybody who works at Elsabelle Ltd.

Returns

We accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise ONLY.​ Items that are excluded from returns are (eg: lucky dips, sale items and mystery boxes and game night items). We do not offer a free returns process- if an item is not to your liking you can return where the postage is covered by the buyer or keep the item.

Elsabelle hold the rights to reject a return if your product does not meet our required conditions.

​The images of items on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen display of the colours accurately reflect the genuine colour of the items. 

​Prices for items may change from time to time without notice, this may be due to an increase in manufacture/factory costs on our re stocks. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.

​The price of an Item includes VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller, however the price of an Item does not include any delivery charges.
